As the Senior Marketing Management Specialist in PGIM Investments, you will be focusing primarily in the retail mutual funds and UCITS business. You will report directly to the unit’s Director, working under his/her mentorship to execute specific functions of projects such as data gathering, analysis, testing, project management and presentation preparation. You will primarily focus on the monthly and quarterly production of website content and marketing materials. Your primary focus will be on retrieving and analyzing data, updating data elements within a content management application (CMA), proofreading, testing, and innovating new processes. You may also lead and mentor junior team members, but will probably not have direct supervisory responsibilities. You will also be cross-trained so that you can provide additional support including, but not limited to, ad-hoc projects, the creation of other product materials, and project management support of various initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

     Preparation of data and content for website updates using the CMA.

     Leading the creation and production of quarterly materials for your assigned sub-advisor.

     Growing and developing existing knowledge of business practice and procedures, while learning and developing new procedures and marketing approaches

     Understanding industry and FINRA regulations and applying them to the project as applicable

     Assisting in the planning and implementation of annual company/unit initiatives, supporting objectives for revenue, volume, profit, customer satisfaction, and retention

     Planning and scheduling daily tasks with the ultimate goal of executing short & long-term initiatives

     You will make choices on work prioritization with a long-term goal of concurrently handling multiple initiatives at one time

     Utilizing, building, and/or updating standard operating procedures, written manuals and documents

     Preparing and submitting materials for business partner Subject Matter Authority Reviews

     Distributing final outputs to all appropriate channels and audiences


Does this sound like you? Our successful candidate has:

     Direct experience working with Content Management Applications.

     College degree required (preferably in a business discipline with solid GPA)

     3 years experience within the financial services industry.

     General knowledge of investment products, its industry and its regulatory environment

     Very detail oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills

     Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines

     Detailed proofreading skills

     Ability to remain focused and adapt to changes

     Creative thinker and problem solver with strong analytical skills

     Highly self-motivated and dedicated

     Strong written and verbal skills

     Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

     Knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus

     Desire to be a strong group contributor and continue to advance within the group


OT may be required to meet deadlines. Work schedules (start and end times) will be impacted at managements discretion during peak reporting cycles and during high volume periods.
