Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

 

Cisco Jasper, a global Internet of Things (IoT) platform leader, is hiring a Senior Marketing and Demand Generation  Manager for the IoT Cloud business unit. Each will take ownership for one of the premier products in our portfolio; ideate, develop, execute, and report on marketing and demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and financial growth.

 

The right candidates are creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional obsessed with continually improving campaign performance. These roles will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen, and will partner across the marketing org and with our sales partners to manage campaigns that raise awareness, generate leads and convert them into marketing qualified leads. Responsibilities:

·       Own and run marketing and demand generation programs for a Cisco Jasper product from conception through execution  

·       Design and execute highly effective marketing and demand generation programs across all channels and key market verticals, end-to-end

·       Own email nurture campaigns for a Cisco Jasper product, designing, implementing and optimizing in Marketo including A/B tests on email offers and landing page copy to continually improve performance

·       Stay on the pulse of marketing partners and programs; bring new and fresh, creative ideas for targeting our audiences and building our pipeline

·       Extend and improve Cisco Jasper’s account based marketing and real-time personalization programs

·       Deliver highly accurate and detailed reporting on the success, opportunities for improvements of campaigns, and develop engaging reports and presentations on these insights

·       Partner with vendors/agencies, product marketing, sales, social, SEO, web, creative and content team teams to execute flawless and creative campaigns

 

Skills & Experience

·       5+ years of experience in managing marketing programs that drive lead acquisition and demand generation

·       Proven track record executing 360 marketing campaigns including email campaigns, online advertising, media partnerships, webinars etc. from ideation to results reporting

·       Marketo certified expert required; as well as hands on experience with Salesforce.com and other marketing tools (Ad Roll, Adobe analytics etc.)

·       Understanding of the B2B SaaS platform sales required; domain expertise in the business models enabled by the Internet of Things a plus

·       Track record managing projects, time and prioritizing in a fast paced environment. Self-starter.

·       Attention to detail is a must

·       Strong writing, reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
