The Senior Marketing Manager of Global Fruit & Vegetable Equity is primarily responsible for supporting the global Tropicana brand strategy with a prioritized focus on global campaigns, communications, Visual ID and content strategy. He/she will act as the brand steward and will collaborate with internal collaborators (primarily Consumer Insights and global marketing leads) and agency partners to create best-in-class relevant consumer communications that drive Tropicana brand sales and equity improvements in key global markets.

Global Campaign Development:

  • Drive the day-to-day development of global marketing campaigns and big idea platforms to drive brand equity and specific products or launches in key Tropicana markets.
  • Lead the agency through the development of the creative process to meet identified metrics
  • Collaborate with consumer insights to understand the target consumer in key global markets to influence relevant and effective creative.
  • Consult with key global markets on execution of tactical creative across consumer channels that support the broader global campaign platform.

Visual ID:

  • Lead internal and external design partners to develop a cohesive and impactful Visual ID for the Tropicana brand, driving critical equity attributes
  • Collaborate with market leads, insights and critical stakeholders to drive optimization, validation and ultimately sell-in of a common visual language
  • In close partnership with key agency partners, lead the thinking on how to fully leverage a new Visual ID across 360 touch points

Content Strategy:

  • Lead development of an always-on global content strategy that supports the brand's marketing broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with global markets on execution of strategy and production and deployment of content.

Global Connector:

  • Partner with and influence a broad range of marketing teams across the globe to drive an integrated global agenda. Identify the commonalities within a range of agendas to progress critical projects through a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Bring new approaches to building brand equity in established brands, ultimately delivering future-looking comms and Visual ID plans
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide global consultation with local marketing teams


  • 7+ years of brand experience, preferably in consumer products
  • Adaptable and able to thrive without strong top-down decision making structures
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams through informal reporting relationships
  • Courageous and persistent leader, can work through adversity
  • Interest in global health and wellness
  • Passionate about consumer drivers and needs and the way that brands meet them
  • MBA preferred, BA required
