Description Tier 3 Level On-Site Support for the LAN & Voice infrastructure for a major financial customer in Mexico.

Good relationship with customer with leadership skills and capable to work under high stress.

Tier 3 Support for complex issues in customer infrastructure (voice & data)Service Management and Customer oriented.

Execution Service Delivery and Support functions. 7X24 availability.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Tier 3 Level On-Site Support for the LAN & Voice infrastructure for a major financial customer in Mexico.

Good relationship with customers with leadership skills and capable to work under high stress.

Administration of network problems.

Tier 3 Support for Complex Issues for customer network & voice infrastructure.

Interpret sniffer captures, Interact with other IBM service towers to ensure the end-to-end solution of issues.

Review traffic flows

Interact with other AT&T personnel.

Execution Service Delivery and Support functions. 7X24 availability.

On-site support during business hours, remote support off business hours.

7x24 OnSite availability if needed.

Interact with IBM/IBM Customer, AT&T, Vendors and Suppliers.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Fundamentals of Project Management and ITIL.

Fluent Spanish and English speaking.

Service Management and Customer oriented.

+10 Years of Experience Managing Cisco Devices (Voice & Data)

+ 5 Years of Experience Managing Avaya Voice Products.

Sniffer Usage Training or demonstrable skills.



**Education and Qualifications:**

Bachellor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.

Master Degree in Computer Systems Management Area (preferred)

Fundamentals of Project Management and ITIL.

Fluent Spanish and English speaking.

Service Management and Customer oriented.

Cisco CCNA Certified

Cisco CCNP Certified

Cisco CCCIE Certified Preferred

Sniffer Usage Training or demonstrable skills.

Avaya BCM Certified

Avaya CS1000 Certified

Avaya Experience or demonstrable skills on the above products
