Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage skilled benefit authorizations, notifications.
  • Run and manage reports for delivery of Notice of Medicare Non Coverage.
  • Member status updates and assignments/discharges from all programs.
  • Assignment of TTS patients with notification to APC.
  • Various duties in relation to TTS patients, ISNP patients, and reports to leadership and to field APCs.
  • Customer relations - external and internal.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Customer service experience
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Prior experience with medical terminology
  •  Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree (or higher)
  • Experience working with chronically ill population
Soft Skills:
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Strong Verbal and written Communication skills
