SYSTEMS ENGINEER

What You'll Do

As a Systems Engineer, supporting the Enterprise Network product and solutions, you will drive business primarily for customer community. This is not limited just to Routing and Switching, but Wireless, Software and Services as well. While you align with Business unit, sales, post sales and other departments, you will be able to drive the sale of technology and solutions.

Additionally, you could employ business development activities to build the funnel. You would be encouraged to drive PoCs and customer demos to showcase capabilities and provide awareness sessions to internal staffs, partner and customer community.

a. Help build RFPs/RFIs for critical accounts

b. Attend various trainings to update skill and knowledge

c. Drive technology architecture adoption among customers

d. Public speaking in various technology forums.

Who You'll Work With

You will work with Account System Engineers and Managers, Product Sales Specialists, Account & Regional Managers, Engineering teams, Post Sales team, Partners and Customers.

Who You Are

A person with a B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA with at least 10 years of Pre-Sales Experience in technology product and services selling would be a good fit to the team.

a. Deep understanding of Networking protocols and technologies e.g TCP/IP, QoS, Load Balancing, NFV. Good knowledge of SDN and how it can help transform business

b. Validated knowledge of Virtualization, Containers. Understanding of Cloud, types of cloud and its delivery models - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS etc

c. Experience in handling broad spectrum of customers like Commercial, Enterprise and Govt.

d. Good understanding of Software licensing and Subscription

You would need very good presentation skills along with skills on connecting at CXO levels. Preference would be given to people having following additional skills- Routing and Switching certification,  ITIL, TOGAF certifications, Cloud certifications, Linux certification
