Description:
The Senior Process Associate is responsible for research, report generation and analysis of information to drive the decision-making process and to support business operations of various organizations within Prudential Retirement. Incumbent has a high level of interaction with internal customers and will complete business control processes such as compliance licensing & appointment functions, business continuity planning, centralized expense management gatekeeping, Gifts & Entertainment, LM10 and Sponsorship Business Review and employee on-boarding and off-boarding, submitting various procurement and security requests.
 
  • Complete compliance processes across the organization to handle FINRA and state licensing renewals and continuing education, expense tracking, Gift & Entertainment, LM-10 and Sponsorship review, attestations are completed accurately and by corporate deadlines.
  • Submission of procurement and security requests through iSAMs and facilitation of on-boarding, off-boarding and transfers as requested.
  • Performs various research on individual security access, equipment and approvals.
  • Supports the documentation of routine workflows for the unit, continually reviewing current processes and generating ideas that will allow us to become more efficient and that drive better outcomes for our business.
  • Generate CHARMS report to review equipment inventory, data usage and storage to ensure business teams are utilizing resources effectively and cost conscientiously.
  • Operate as an alternate for organization’s Business Continuation program, updating personnel for assigned teams, including home office and multiple field office plans and programs.
  • Track and support Prudential Retirement leadership in performing all enterprise obligations (i.e., Corporate training initiatives, Employee Engagement Survey (EQ), Enterprise Talent Management (ETCM) functions as necessary).
  • Supports the Process Management Team Lead with the preparation, responses, and action plans to all internal audits, regulatory exams, and risk management reviews.
  • Takes on additional tasks as requested by Management.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of demonstrated process or project management experience in the Retirement or Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing on multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent partnership, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid compliance and control mindset, basic understanding of FINRA regulations and retirement policies and procedures
  • Ability to quickly understand technology platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements which improve productivity and efficiency with a business unit
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Must possess ability to work independently and within the team to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
  • Six Sigma experience a plus
