What You'll Do
The Cloud Collaboration Management Platform for Cisco Spark & WebEx provides a single management interface for all aspects of our Cloud Collaboration Partner and Customer Admin experience from trials, to conversion to provisioning to operations. We are expanding this management platform to also include User & Usage Data Collection across all Collaboration workloads for input into multiple sources including: Billing and Financial Systems, to customers and Partners to drive adoption, and internally to key stakeholders.


You will work very closely with numerous Product Team leaders, IT engineering teams, Product Engineering teams, Operations teams, billing and policy experts to define our next generation Usage Data collection strategy and mediation requirements and roadmap and drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience preferably in Cloud/SaaS offers
  • Proven experience writing requirements for large multi-faceted initiatives
  • Ability to break down a large program into milestones & goals which will enable the team to progress and see success
  • Background in the following highly preferred:
    • Billing and Mediation systems and policies
    • Usage data analysis
    • Collaboration technology (familiarity with meeting, messaging, cloud calling helpful)
  • Internal candidates with WebEx and/or Spark experience highly preferred
  • Internal candidates with understanding of Cisco’s SaaS billing infrastructure today highly preferred
  • This PM should be very detail oriented, with ability to problem solve working jointly with engineering and IT
  • PM must be able to prioritize a large number of issues/gaps and drive to resolution on the most important first
  • PM must be technical enough to work side by side with engineering and IT, but able to guide team to focus on the top business issues
  • Rally and Agile development experience required
