Description

·5+ years of product management experience in the consumer internet or enterprise software space


·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related fields


·A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills


·Strong analytical skills—ability to make decisions based on data, intuition & experience


·Strong business awareness and acumen


·Experience managing business requirements for product development, product specifications, understanding of milestones and deliverables, and other project documentation


·Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize


·Excellent people, teamwork, and customer service skills


·Ability to work directly with customers to understand how they use the provided applications


·Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively


·Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty


·Proven track record of bringing new products to market and successfully scaling up



  • Ability to understand and frame risks and issues and communicate their impacts as pertains to the product roadmap and defined priorities

  • Ability to work in a collaborative problem-solving environment and synthesize strategy, plans, and solutions.


·Strong experience in Agile/ Scrum process




Preferred:


·3+ years of experience as a product manager/founder driving consumer/social products, either mobile or desktop


·MBA or similar advanced degree


·Experience with lean startup methodology or similar experimentation driven product development strategy


·Experience with A/B testing frameworks
