Data scientists, front and back-end engineers, product managers, and web and UX/UI teams collaborate alongside e-commerce experts to envision, prototype, and bring revolutionary ideas to life in a dynamic, flexible and fun work culture.Job Title:Senior Product Manager, Cross-Border eCommerce - InternationalPosition Summary:Cross border implementation of logistics and SC solutions with external 3rd Party providers.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:Program manage and implement Logistics capabilities with collaboration with the Tech teams and external parties.

Review and improve processes to drive efficiency with 3PL and transportation providers.

Identify and drive key operational and cost saving improvement opportunities.

Manage logistics NPI launches for key product areas.

Identify issues, establish facts and establish corrective action plans.

Manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators.

Build business cases to support any logistics changes or improvements. Drive cross functional support.Minimum Qualifications:3 years experience in product management, business consulting or related field OR 5 years experience in product management, business consulting or related field.

3 years of experience working with 3PL partners and outsourced providers in domestic and international environments.

Experience working in B2C, fulfillment, and distribution operations.

Six Sigma or lean experience related to supply-chain.

Advanced excel and power point skills.Additional Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of logistics market and key service providers.

Excellent project management and business negotiation skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
