About this Job

We are looking for an experienced product manager with a combination of technical background and business acumen to join our Stealthwatch Security portfolio product management team. This position will be fast paced, challenging and immensely rewarding. Your job as the business and product manager will be to define the next generation features for our products, set pricing, create the right go-to-market strategy and enable our sales and partners.



·     Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to define, develop and launch newer releases of the product

·     Acts as the expert in the Security Visibility and Analytics division to understand the business, customer workflows, market trends, and challenges and how Stealthwatch products can address those needs.

·     Develop and prioritize new requirements to meet customer needs

·     Author detailed product requirement specifications for engineering team

·     Assist developing marketing collaterals, sales support demos and white papers

·     Engage with customers and partners to share updates and roadmap, understand their requirements and keep abreast of market trends in general.

·     Lead / collaborate with other product teams within and outside Cisco to enable integrated solutions and validated architectures addressing customer use cases




•     Minimum of 7+ years of product management experience

•     Technical background with ability to engage with engineering, and explain technical details of features to internal and external audience

•     Domain expertise in the area of security and/or networking a big plus

•     High energy; willingness to work in a fast-paced, large company environment

•     Excellent written communication and presentation skills

•     Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross functional teams to drive the product and business forward

•     Experience managing products in B2B SaaS environment with agile methodologies preferred

•     Track record of success planning and managing software product life cycle

•     Extensive experience documenting and presenting strategic direction, market analysis, research findings, and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences

•     Expertise in sizing markets for product portfolio as well as establishing metrics for tracking product and business performance in respective markets

•     Proficiency at managing time between strategic and tactical projects and priorities

•     Demonstrated proficiency in mentoring, coaching and leadership through influencing skills

•     Experience proposing and guiding research – customer, market or competitive – using core techniques such as surveying and focus groups

•     Extensive experience presenting to wide ranging audiences, including customer visits, trade shows and industry events, press and analysts, internal stakeholders, webinars, trainings, etc.
