What you'll do at

Customer Promise enables Walmart's ecommerce business to make and keep promises to its customer in our global market. With 4000+ brick and mortar stores and thousands of other suppliers fulfilling Walmart's online/in-store orders for over 1 billion customers - the challenge and complexity is pronounced!! Our peak projection is over 10000 orders per minute! We are building Omni-channel solutions for Walmart.com intended to be a one-stop Multi-Tenant solution serving Walmart's online businesses worldwide. We work within the world’s largest retailer yet maintain a startup feel working in small agile teams to revolutionize the ecommerce landscape.

As a Sr. Product Manager you will play a unique role to drive product vision, define roadmaps, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive and take Walmart’s last mile products to the next level. You are responsible for bridging business and technology to drive innovation by owning the product lifecycle from concept through launch. Responsibilities include:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of the last mile products
• Translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver customer benefits, meet financial goals, and ensure that systems and processes are setup to scale for explosive growth
• Measure and improve KPIs such as wait time/associate adoption/customer adoption
• Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues
• Work with rock star engineering teams in a fast paced, agile development process
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights
• Communicate the benefits and champion the system throughout the organization

Manager's Ideal Candidate Must-Haves
• 5+ years product management experience
• Experience in e-commerce and web-oriented technology products
• Prior experience bringing mobile apps successfully to market
• Demonstrated improvement on KPIs via product releases
• Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
• Metrics driven, can draw insights from large data sets to iterate over product quickly
• Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain domain preferably last mile services
• Experience in building mobile apps from concept to launch
• MBA degree or advanced technical degree

• Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects
