Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Manages and maintains compliance with accounting standards across the global organization by implementing new accounting standards as required; assisting in the development of training programs related to high risk areas; and monitoring policy compliance on an ongoing basis. Develops and drives project plans and requirements for assigned projects by collaborating with corporate, in-country, and technology partners to ensure cross-functional integration; adapting global framework to align with in country expectations and requirements; providing recommendations on internal and external team resource needs for all projects and support functions; guiding the development of in-country tools and governance processes; and assessing and communicating changes to project priorities. Drives the analysis of project goals and results by determining key metrics to measure project performance; analyzing existing capabilities and tracking performance toward new standards; identifying trends in performance; developing solutions based on identified trends and expected performance; and communicating results to senior leadership to drive visibility to project performance. Leads multiple projects and initiatives for the Global Controller's office by collaborating with in-country leadership and U.S. leadership to determine strategic direction for projects and initiatives; leading the prioritization of projects based on in-country capabilities and strategic goals; coordinating associates and external partners to develop and deliver solutions; vetting solutions to ensure their alignment with strategic vision; aligning project requirements; developing contingency plans; identifying and communicating adjustments to project milestones and transitions between project phases; identifying changes to project scope within established parameters; tracking expenditures compared to budget; escalating project scope changes to leadership; and driving projects and initiatives to completion. Leads the development of Global Controller's office projects and strategies by collaborating with in-country leadership to determine areas of opportunity and strategic direction; aligning in-country leadership and U.S. leadership on priorities; providing guidance on global capabilities and frameworks; adapting global frameworks to meet in-country needs; determining capability gaps and developing action plans to address them; gaining buy-in from senior leadership regarding project plans and resource requirements; and providing expert guidance on project implementation. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of experience in finance, project management, or related field.

Skills required: Must have experience with: executing integration projects for global applications; creating SmartView reports using functions and macros for financial reporting analysis package; creating HFM support metrics and dashboards; analyzing and reviewing HFM business rules in VBA and FDMEE scripts in Python; managing SharePoint requests, building forms, and supporting workflows; Oracle Hyperion Suite; FR Studio; Essbase; IBM Cognos 10X, 8X; IBM Cognos TM1; and Informatica 8x.
