With the help of some of the brightest minds in technology, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, talent and more, we are reimagining the intersection of digital and physical shopping to help achieve that mission.Job Title:Senior Project ManagerPosition Summary:This position is responsible for the Business Operation of a department, establishing best practices across the org, finding efficiencies, motivate people to adapt new processes and with a very analytic mind set provide guidance to all leaders about financials and patterns across the organization. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.



Identifies and pursues opportunities for operational improvements by leading annual operating plan process; conducting department strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) analysis to inform department business priorities and resource forecasts based on product development growth and annual budget; forecasting resources required for portfolio roadmaps; identifying resource gaps (for example, request for information architecture resources greater than supply); and suggesting improvements to better enhance team and partner performance.



Manages the development and execution of continuous improvement plans for the organization's tools and processes by identifying areas of opportunity; leading cross-functional alignment on business changes; developing recommendations to address cross-functional concerns and presenting them to leadership; managing the implementation of new tools and processes; and updating leadership on implementation progress.



Manages the financial processes (for example, headcount forecast, annual financial plan development) for the organization by partnering with leadership and Finance teams to determine team strategy; identifying future projects based on capability gaps; ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning based on data; managing expenses compared to plan; partnering with Finance, recruiting and leadership to track and report on headcount and operating expenses.



Leads the development and implementation of new project requests by partnering with internal teams (for example, Portfolio Management) to ensure requirements are developed; ensuring all information is included for funding approval; ensuring new people (for example, new associates, vendors) are on-boarded appropriately; leading project prioritization and sizing exercise to determine project scope; leading the development of key metrics, staffing, business satisfaction, prioritization of deliverables and quality of work; and resolving special and escalated issues (for example, vendor payments, new hire set up) in order to ensure high level of client and business satisfaction.



Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.



Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and

guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and

building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Experience with Design tools to create power points, newsletters, etc
