Job Duties:

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior QA Engineer at our Alpharetta, GA location.

Review and provide feedback on requirements and design specifications. Participate in requirements, design, and code reviews. Participate in plan/specification peer reviews to ensure technical completeness and accuracy. Monitor product development progress throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) and implement quality activities per the standardized SDLC. Develop test plans, test specifications, test cases and test scripts. Present documentation at departmental peer reviews to ensure technical completeness and accuracy. Support automated script development and execution with Quality Assurance (QA) automation. Develop project schedules and track progress against the schedule. Analyze test results to ensure quality standards are met and software meets/exceeds documented business requirements, while submitting potential deficiencies into the Defect Tracking System and interfacing with product development, support and other organizations to resolve possible product deficiencies to ensure exit/entry criteria is met and conform to design and business requirements. Ensure QA Entrance and Exit criteria are met. Design and build the test schedule and resources. Define strategy roadmap for enterprise test development, test automation and test management, including setting vision, gathering requirements, gaining business consensus, performing vendor and product evaluations, delivery solutions, training and documentation.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Science or a related field and six (6) years of experience required. Employer will accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of experience.

Experience must include four (4) years of experience with:

Software quality assurance, including developing test plan and test cases for both manual and automated tests; Agile software development methodologies; Testing large-scale SaaS applications; SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies; Software defect tracking systems; Developing, executing and debugging with Automation test tools, including HP UFT, Selenium, HP ALM, Cucumber or other latest automated test tools; VBScript; Groovy; REST, Angular, and software test automation; Black and white box testing; Writing complex SQL statements for verification; Testing in an agile environment using Rally or similar agile project management solution/application; ReadyAPI; and SQL Developer.
