The Senior Real Estate Manager oversees and coordinates real estate activities for assigned facilities. Ensures current real estate portfolio is cost effectively managed.

Essential Job Duties:

Oversees and coordinates real estate activities for assigned facilities. Ensures current real estate portfolio is cost effectively managed.

Proactively evaluates space needs.

Works with facilities and various corporate departments to identify real estate needs (including land acquisition) in assigned markets.

Analyzes and negotiates business terms from LOI through closing of transactions.

Negotiates leases, lease renewal terms, coordinates relocations, expansions and renovations.

Manages an electronic lease/portfolio management system.

Responsible for few medical office buildings.



 
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience required; Master's Degree preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.

Superior analytical skills and experience with both Costar and Microsoft Office computer applications (especially Excel). Strong analytical ability. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have strong work ethic, be highly organized and motivated to succeed. Able to communicate effectively across all levels of management. Able and willing to travel.
