Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop reports
  • Analyze data to measure clinical outcomes, network performance and methodology levers
  • Investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and health care costs data
  • Interpret and analyze clinical data from various sources and recommend best approaches for its consolidation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in a corporate setting
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics and working with large data sets
  • Advanced level of proficiency with SQL, including coding
  • At least an intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.
  • At least a beginner level of proficiency with MS Access
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Crystal Reports
  • Healthcare Analytics Experience
