Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deal Review Governance (DRG)
  • Maintains and coordinates the DRG process and CONOPS
  • Ensures SharePoint site is maintained with current DRG presentations, action items, and process CONOPS documentation
  • Works with Account Executives to ensure DRG decks are reviewed and ready for the DRG and ensures information is distributed to the appropriate attendees
  • Ensures the attendees from the appropriate organizations are invited to the DRGs
  • Coordinates DRG Pre-Brief
  • Maintains a two month running DRG schedule
  • Supports the leadership team by ensuring all details of the DRG are in place for a successful review
  • Ensures the notes and action items from the DRGs are recorded in the DRG minutes, distributed and upload along with the briefs into the KIC
  • EDGE Sales Process
  • Facilitates opportunity strategy and Test & Improves (T&I) sessions
  • Coordinates reviews and coaching sessions for EDGE Opportunity Plans and Account Plans
  • Maintains and coordinates a 2 month EDGE schedule to include T&I's and Account Plans
  • Reviews Corporate Data, coordinates reporting and works with Account Executives and Leadership to ensure compliance with the EDGE Process.
  • Maintains and follows up on EDGE action items
  • Conducts, develops and analyzes pipeline statistics and advises management on trends and significant changes
  • Coordinates pipeline meetings and reports (weekly and bi-weekly with Government Executive team) to include total pipeline, market view, and Optum offering view
  • Coordinates action items, uploads to Salesforce and distributes to the appropriate individuals
  • Supports general reporting needs of the organization
  • Maintains Quarterly Forecasts Reports
  • Maintains weekly Resource Report
  • Maintains Capture Managers Tracking Spreadsheet
  • Creates and distributes the Monthly Business Report
  • Creates and distributes Weekly Finance Report
  • Coordinates and provides back up support to OCEO Report which is created by Optum Growth Office
  • Performs Salesforce Admin and assist Account Executes with their Salesforce request
  • Assists Capture Managers and Account Executives with resources needs
  • Conducts research for Account Executives and Capture Manages to include FOIA requests, competitor research, old RFP searches, RFP compares, buying trends, etc
  • Coordinates Optum Renewal Work stream
  • Distributes Daily FBO & G2X
  • Coordinates Commission Tracking and serves as the Liaison
