Position Title: Senior Sales Support Associate- Mutual Funds
Job Code: 398918
Job Location: New Jersey-Newark

The primary role of the Prudential Investments Inbound Sales Desk is to service all calls to our 800 sales desk number from Financial Professionals selling Prudential Investments Mutual Funds and Managed Accounts. The Inbound Associate must achieve and maintain an expert knowledge of the Prudential Investments product line and the Mutual Fund Industry.


This entails proficiency with various forms of communications and service including but not limited to;

  • Handling all inbound Product and Sales calls
  • Communicating with Financial Professionals through letters and email
  • Handling special projects as assigned within Desk
  • Attending various sales meetings and training sessions
  • Maintenance of PC based contact management system
  • Running analytics and historical illustrations
  • Placing orders for marketing materials
  • Generate and distribute sales leads to the wholesalers

  • The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, show initiative, dependability, and a high level of motivation.  
  • Excellent organizational skills and superior proofreading capabilities.
  • Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.  
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Series 6 or 7 licensed preferred.
