As the Senior Salesforce.com Administrator for Individual Life’s Distribution & Sales organization, you will serve as a senior CRM administrator and the point of contact for the business. You will support new Salesforce.com projects, enhancements and maintenance activities derived from a diverse set of stakeholders, including Distribution & Sales, Marketing and ILI Technology.  You must understand business processes and have a demonstrated ability to define business requirements as well as have experience with implementing new Salesforce.com capabilities.  You will support the daily activities required to maintain Salesforce.com, including territory management, data management and reporting. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment requiring you to perform effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

  

Core functional responsibilities include:

·   Serve as Distribution & Sales’ subject matter expert and administrator for Salesforce.com

·   Provide day-to-day support to our rapidly growing pool of almost 500 users on incidents, work with the technical teams on problem resolution

·   Understand and gather complex business needs from a diverse set of stakeholders and effectively compile and document these into business requirements necessary for systems design, development and implementation

·   Develop and execute detailed communication and implementation plans to ensure minimal disruption

·   Effectively communicate to business stakeholders and Distribution and IT staff

·   Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales and marketing productivity by evaluating current state and recommending process improvements

·   Partner with Sales Reporting & Compensation team to increase visibility of CRM data and improve sales processes

 

 


Does this sound like you?  Our successful candidate has:

·   Extensive CRM administrator experience, including 5 years of Salesforce.com experience

·   Strong data management and analytical skills

·   In-depth knowledge of requirements development, information systems, and business process development and design

·   Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results with minimal direction

·   Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

·   Ability to communicate effectively with IT and business colleagues at all levels of the organization

·   Experience working on project teams and a solid understanding of the typical roles and responsibilities through a project life cycle

·   Excellent attention to detail while also having the ability to understands the big picture

·   Time management and organizational skills

·   Ability to collaborate and work well as a team player

 

Preferred Experience and Education

·         CRM Admin certification

·         Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, certification or equivalent work experience
