Description Overall Purpose: Individual Contributor position that creates, develops, drafts, manages, modifies and or administers customer custom and standard contracts/proposals of complex scope and reviews and coordinates customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for contract terms requiring review and approval by Legal and other business entities. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop contract strategy in consultation with Account teams, Legal and Product. Develop and negotiate contract documents in support of AT&T mobility services for state and municipal governments. Review and coordinate customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for contract terms requiring review and approval by Legal and other business entities. Coordinate approval of contract and RFP response terms as required with Legal and other business entities. Review and approve contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, satisfaction of customer specifications and protection of the company contractual posture. Provides resolution to a diverse range of complex issues. Provides interpretation and analysis of contract documents. Reviews and evaluates requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company. Ensures the proper execution of contract requirements, preparation of statement of works, authorization for work, completion of contracted work, etc. Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. Participates in or coordinates the preparation and review of bid packages including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms and conditions. Negotiate contract modifications, follow-on quotations, revisions, specifications, terms and conditions with customers. Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures. Determines and develops an approach to response and contract solutions. This position requires knowledge and experience with AT&T mobile products and applications, and contract documents. Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Experience: Typically requires 3 - 5 years of experience in area of professional responsibility. Experience in contract management or related fields is required, with government experience preferred. Experience in direct customer interactions regarding contract terms and conditions is also preferred. Supervisory: No.
