Description:

The Senior Solutions Associate works independently and serves as an internal consultant that will provide plan demographic and investment support for our business partners (e.g. Client Relations & Business Development and Investment Strategists).  Client-facing partners use these materials for retirement security outcome-focused client and intermediary meetings.  Associate will provide analysis on custom ad-hoc requests. He/she is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the timely and quality production of these materials.  This incumbent should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage projects, build support models and comprehensive knowledge of Prudential's products and services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality, timely and efficient (i.e. lowest reasonable cost to serve) report and presentation service to internal partners and intermediaries to drive client engagement outcomes Processes internal and external client presentation requests.

  • Support custom ad-hoc requests.

  • Processes more complex cases including those that require significant manual manipulation/calculation

  • May serve as a mentor/resource or trainer to less experienced associates.

  • Consistently initiates process improvement ideas and subsequently takes ownership and implements those improvements.

  • May serve on project initiative or lead on larger items.

  • Is a leader in establishing and exemplifying a positive attitude/climate within the team.

  • Can interpret and evaluate information independently.

  • Self-motivated individual who completes tasks with little direction.

  • Collaborates across the organization to create efficiencies and achieve positive outcomes.

  • Establishes strong relationships with business partners to help with retention and selling efforts.

  • Meets team quality and timeliness standards


 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retirement services required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years proactive customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and presentation skill
  • Strong commitment to timeliness and quality standard
  • Proven analytical and technical skill
  • Proven ability to take initiative, multi-task, and work independently
  • Strong collaboration skill
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Proven organizational skills and prioritization skill
  • Ability to think quickly in stressful situations; must be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
  • Strong knowledge of investment and plan demographic information
