Description This position will lead all automation software robot “bot” development for a call center of excellence supporting US based customer. Whether it be automating critical call center reporting or increasing the efficiency analytics.

Looking for someone who is highly motivated and works well in ambiguous situations. An individual who enjoys working to create something new that does not have an established process. This invidual will need to successfully collaborate with others and be able to work with new projects from one day to the next.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

this role will have a large impact on the overall performance of our center. Analytics will look for trends, spikes & dips in results and will span every area of the call center such as customer experience, calls, sales, saves, attendance, and compliance.
