TITLE:             Senior Specialist, Internet/Web AP  (The Prudential Insurance Company of America – Newark, NJ)
DUTIES:          Collaborate with product management, marketing, designers, and technology and architecture teams. Work in a rapid pace environment with ability to juggle multiple projects and work in an iterative/Agile environment. Incorporate  accessibility into prototypes utilizing Object Oriented JavaScript and modern JavaScript (JS) libraries including jQuery, TypeScript, AngularJS, and Ajax/REST web services. Utilize Code editor (Dreamweaver, Sublime, Brackets). Perform Content Management System (CMS) integration websphere and use Websphere Content Manager ( WCM). Perform financial services or B2B2C (Business to business and business to customer)  organizations. Use Agile methodology for software development. Design and develop the Prudential’s customer facing Single Page Application websites front-end technologies using Responsive Web Design and utilizing design software including Photoshop. Create responsive websites for various browsers and devices and make the websites accessibility/ADA compliant using XHTML / HTML, CSS2, JS, CSS3, Sass, Scss, and Bootstrap frameworks. Use JSON, JSP, Servlets, Java, Linux, Apache Tomcat, Jenkins, Jira, and the UI state router to create multiple steps form. Use NodeJS and npm to use tools like Bower, Grunt for UI packaging and automation and maven and Jenkins for automated build. Use TDD development methodology using jasmine, karma and protractor for end to end testing of front end application. Use IBM WebSphere Portal for developing script portlet as content managed system. Develop backend services using various technologies including Java, Spring, and Python to get consolidated customer data feeds from multiple new and legacy systems used by the UI. Create web services using SOAP/REST API to produce WSDL/service to the Client side and use Splunk as a logging system. Use Mongo DB and Oracle PL/SQL Server to create packages and procedures, dynamic SQL, views and materialized views to retrieve and store. Document, review, analyze and fix issues and work with Quality Assurance team for testing and resolving JIRA and use Confluence for knowledge base/documentation. Use SVN, Git ,bitbucket as version control mechanism.

REQTS:           Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as a Programmer Analyst, Technology Analyst, or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with: Using XHTML / HTML, CSS2/3,JS, jQuery, and Bootstrap frameworks; Utilizing Object Oriented JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries including jQuery and Ajax; Utilizing Code editor, (Dreamweaver, Sublime, or Brackets); Utilizing Content Management System (CMS) integration or using Websphere Content Manager (WCM); Utilizing design software including Photoshop; Using JSP, Servlets, Spring, Java, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, Apache Tomcat, Python, IBM Websphere, Jenkins, Jira, and SVN. Must also have two (2) years of experience with: Using CSS3, Sass, and Scss; Utilizing Object Oriented JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries including TypeScript, and AngularJS; Using TDD development methodology using jasmine, karma and protractor for end to end testing of front end application; Using Mongo DB, Bower, Grunt, NodeJS, and GIT.
