From supply planning and order management to fulfillment and transportation, our expanding omnichannel supply chain anticipates Walmart.com customers’ needs. The Sr. Specialist – Reverse Logistics will be responsible for researching issues and providing resolution to the Reverse Logistics network quickly and efficiently. You will support the eCommerce Reverse Logistics operations, focused on executing the business process for ensuring timely processing of customer returns. This role will work closely with Returns Centers, transportation carriers and vendor partners in order to ensure returns processes are followed to minimize errors and streamline execution. This role will require good communication and collaboration between many teams, including: Merchandising, Merchant Support and Operations Counterparts in multiple locations and operating divisions. The Sr. Specialist is expected to execute and meet deadlines through a keen attention to details and clear communication with cross functional business partners. A general knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management is preferred.
- Defines and designs Walmart.com Operations processes (for example, supplier interaction, monitoring tracking information)
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Walmart.com Operations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Executes process improvement and cross functional projects for Walmart Operations to completion
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Researches and resolves issues for Walmart.com Operations
Experience using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are a must.
Access experience is preferred.
