Position Summary


Position Description

As a Senior Partner Coaching Specialist you will be the subject matter expert for the vendor direct ship program for You will help to create training materials, presentations, and videos to teach our policies and procedures to our vendor community as well as a myriad of internal resources. You will be the voice of the vendor for new technologies and innovations to ensure their voice is heard as we move forward in the world of vendor management. You will help build the systems and processes to support the tremendous growth of our direct ship program and ecommerce.
You won’t do this alone. You work within world-class team of collaborative colleagues and have access to industry-leading tools and technology to help you analyze and interpret customer, partner, market, business and financial insights at scale. Your job is to bring the “art” to the “science” – using your intuition and expertise fueled by data, analytics and, above all, a passion for helping our customers save money and live better.

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Site Operations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

  • Manages day-to-day relationships with third party partners

  • Manages small to mid-sized Site Operations projects

  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

  • Resolves complex back-end and customer facing content issues related to site assets and navigation and item data

  • Shares knowledge of systems and processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years retail experience or 4 years related experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook including Pivot tables, formulas, and charts.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Supply Chain operations or a training role.
