ADP is hiring a Growth/ Strategy Senior Analyst. In this position you will be an integral part of the Growth team. You will report directly to the Vice President of Growth and work on projects that have high visibility and are paramount to the program's success.

As Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with the team to create a go to market plan to bring our product to ADP clients (existing and new). You will help facilitate decisions at key junctures for the Program, through analysis of data, prioritization of options

EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:

Problem Solving:

  • Structure business problems related to the launch of our product
  • Conduct data analysis and draw insights to help evaluate options
  • Translates insights into recommendations
  • Interact with other teams across the organizations to collaboratively arrive to practical solutions that can be implemented

Collaboration and Communications:

  • Developing strong relations within team
  • Supports other team members
  • Contribute insightful questions/suggestions in team discussions
  • Effectively drive meetings with peers and cross functional stakeholders
  • Concise and error free communications, both verbally and through written materials

Entrepreneurship:

  • Drive prompt and efficient execution of recommendations
  • Run workstreams with limited direction
  • Conduct independent research, identify untapped sources of insight



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS degree or graduate from a top tier school with majors in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or Computer Science.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Have 2 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic achievements including a strong GPA (preferably higher than 3.5)
  • Find problem solving exhilarating and have an aptitude for analytics
  • Be comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data
  • Be passionate and driven, as demonstrated by track record of extracurricular, internships and leadership activities
  • Have a strong commitment to personal and professional excellence and growth
  • Be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is a plus but not required
