The successful candidate will work the second shift in an automated pharmacy / factory environment and be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting various hardware, software and robotic applications. Must be able to successfully work with various vendors and mechanical / engineering teams both up and downstream to successfully troubleshoot issues on a daily basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Hardware / Software / Robotic or related to the pharmacy floor incident and service requests from customers
  • Interact with vendors and mechanical / engineering teams to resolve customer issues and incidents
  • Responsible for software upgrades or new software implementations
  • Interact with upstream application teams to resolve / clarify / troubleshoot incidents
  • Resolve Desktop / Server / miscellaneous hardware issues
