Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Consultant for our Hooksett, NH location to be the primary developer of Java and .NET applications. The two main responsibilities are control over the product codebase and development of methodologies for the Impact Product Suite. This position supports the technical support group with client issues related to the operation of the code and develops small applications and tools that help measure application performance, helping ease installation or otherwise speed the implementation of Impact Products suite.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5 years post-baccalaureate related experience. Will accept experience gained concurrently.
  • Must have 12 months demonstrated experience with  (1) Designing, developing and maintaining clinical analysis software and Graphical User Interface in .NET and Internet Information Services (IIS); (2) Designing, developing and enhancing Java Windows Services, Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT), JFace, JavaFx, MVP/MVC patterns for GUI and Clinical Analytics processing software; (3) Designing, developing and maintaining stored procedures and functions in SQL Server; and (4) Designing, developing and enhancing Install Shield MSI projects.
