\What you’ll do
Helps drive process and manage real estate service in theater
Solves complex problems and is able to identify viable and often innovative options, and uses analytical skills and judgment to recommend an appropriate solution
Secures active support and sponsorship from leaders and cross functional peers by identifying common goals and objectives in work efforts
Balances authoritative influence with less direct approaches
Motivates others by demonstrating positive work efforts

What You Are
Bachelors, plus 8 years of related real estate industry experience
Actively involved in and contributing to, industry association (e.g. CoreNet)
Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a leveraged outsource environment.
Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple competing priorities effectively and manage large projects to successful conclusion.
Self-starter, Independent, pro-active mind set; generate and champion innovative ideas that bring value to the organization.
Strong decision and financial analysis skills to support Comprehensive knowledge of finance and budgeting as well as analytical tools to complex issues and make substantiated recommendations.
Strong sense of urgency, and the ability to diplomatically gain compliance with timelines and data requirements from internal / external stakeholders.
Demonstrable negotiation, writing and presentation skills.
Active membership in a related professional organization or demonstration of active involvement in tracking industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
Identifies, champions and introduces opportunities to enhance cost-effective delivery solutions.
Works with functional colleagues within the theaters to capture and share best practices in services and operations.
Establishes a repeatable framework for functional delivery.
Promotes and participates in continuous improvement processes.
Performs desk audits for ongoing compliance and ensures excellence in facilities management delivery - flawless execution and accountability.
Who you’ll work with
Deep understanding of key real estate Service Delivery concepts with the ability to explain this effectively to management or cross functional teams and provide training
Strong understanding of Cisco’s business objectives and the respective impact on internal processes and deliverables
Recognized as strong resource within the real estate organization and industry
Understands and contributes to business objectives and strategy and recognizes impact on both client and partner deliverables
Thorough knowledge of regional real estate markets
Uses creative techniques and effective negotiating behaviors to lead high profile, business critical, complex negotiations to successful conclusion
Balances demands of Cisco with reality of real estate markets
