Cisco's Connected Capability Enablement (CCE) execution team is seeking a motivated experienced Execution Service Lead to support in roadmap and scope management across CCE Portfolio. You will lead in supporting DAE (Digital and Agile Enablement) organization by bringing key skills in portfolio and execution management especially in bringing standard framework to manage the roadmap and scope management function

Who You'll Work With
Our team works with majority of the business functional teams, portfolio, architecture, IT and product owners to drive integrated capability delivery. The delivery team works with business users (product owners) to build requirements, business user stories, acceptance criteria, business scenarios and use cases. The team is responsible for execution, change management, adoption planning, process and policy tracking. Fully integrating these functions, we leverage and drive the overall Operational Readiness framework to improve productivity across sales, engineering and services.

What You'll Do
As part of their duties, the candidate will be responsible for…
*Be the service lead for roadmap and scope management across CCE Portfolio
*bring discipline and standard framework to manage the scope across the portfolio
*Work with Strategy Grouping lead and Business leads to rationalize the scope
*Working with Delivery lead to ensure the capabilities/scope is delivered in the release.
*Communicate quantified benefits delivered via Quick Wins
*Applying knowledge of Cisco's business strategies to proactively anticipate and prioritize business needs of CCE stakeholders

*support business cases for change and the ability to help formulate and drive the change with all levels of stakeholder
*Building relationships with key theatre and cross-functional (Services, Channels, Sales, CPE, Marketing, IT, etc.) leaders to drive collaborative solutions that maximize positive impact to our stakeholders.
*Working in conjunction with the CCE governance structure and Cisco Transformation portfolio management and governance adherence

Ultimately, you'll develop a deep understanding of Cisco's offerings focusing in one or more of the following areas: Sales, OA, Marketing, Channels or Services.

* Requires BA/BS in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred but not required)
* Former Operations experience
* 12+ years' combined experience in managing operations, program and people management
* Experience working in large, complex organizations
