The Team

Cisco is looking to identify a talented Client Services Manager (CSM) capable of driving business value through technology solutions. The CSM will work closely with the customer Account Teams to develop and execute an account strategy that combines Cisco's services capability with technology solutions to drive business value for the customer. They will be part of an energetic team and have great possibilities for professional and personal development.


Role & Responsibilities

● Interface with all Verticals, Partners, Sales and Sales Management within the segment to develop service sales and strategic service initiatives

● Develop key relationships with customers

● Develop and execute plans for continued growth of the services business

● Provide overall Services Sales advice for the assigned accounts in terms of renewing existing business and build new services franchises

● Focus on driving Cisco's Advanced Services

● Meet and exceed services sales objectives

● Interact and share best practices with colleagues


Minimum Qualifications

● IT specific experience and/or qualifications are welcomed

● Degree level qualification preferable


Desired Skills

● Proven value based consultative solution selling (IT/Telecom industry) experience in either a product or service sales environment

● Knowledge of networking, outsourcing and services industry.

● Experience in negotiation, influencing and closing skills in consultative selling environment.

● Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

● Able to build account plans and execute on these plans.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Desirable qualities; energetic, self-motivated, positive and a team player.
