Complete and document timely, accurate repairs of all assigned repair orders while working in the shop and on location at the customer’s facility and strive to achieve an 80% or better labor utilization rate for the branch.
Must be able to diagnose machines properly to determine the parts and labor required to complete repairs and perform all documentation accurately and as instructed.
Complete daily workload based on direction from the service coordinator and/or Manager, following a first-in, first-out repair priority policy.
Review all warranty work orders to ensure work is covered under warranty and properly documented.
Contact manufacturer’s technical assistance or other resources, when necessary.
Maintain a clean and orderly shop/work area and vehicle.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
50% - Establish and maintain a relationship with each of the customer’s on the assigned base.
25% - Establish and maintain a relationship with senior members of the customer’s management team when possible.
25% - Have a thorough understanding of Barnett’s product offering, service platform and processes.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Must be twenty one years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Product knowledge (plumbing, electrical, maintenance, hardware, HVAC, gas products) a plus.
