What You'll Do 

You will bring your knowledge, experience and skills in developing customized services solution that are highly relevant to our GSP (Global Service Provider) France Customers, either being project or programs, either being AS (Advanced Services), TS (Technical Services) or CMS (Cloud Managed Services). Understanding what customers exactly need and require, constructing deals that remove the complexity or our services portfolio and meet Cisco services business profitable growth objectives and services delivery capabilities is what motivates you. 


Who You'll Work With 

You will work with a team across EMEAR that is diversed, experienced and motivated to develop Cisco services business by taking an holistic approach in developing solutions made of multiple services portfolio components.

 

Who You Are 

You will bring your skills in developing complex deals, leveraging and orchestrating services expertise from Cisco or partners. You will leverage your presentation and communication skills to value your proposal, infuence and convince internal stakeholders and customers that your solution meet the desired outomes. Collaborating and sharing experience with other team members is critical, as well as fierced motivation to win as many deals as possible you are engaged on.


Skills & Experience:

* Craft a compelling deal. You have the ability to define, price, and justify outcomes-based solutions.

* You have core skills in problem solving, negotiating, business writing, customer relationship management, effective presentation, and active listening.

* Conversant in IT operations processes (e.g., ITIL) and how IT processes, practices, and capabilities are leveraged in solution development, deployment, and management

* Financial Acumen will be your forte, you will be the business in finance and P&L process and standards. * You will put the client first, applying customer ROI/ financial value analyses to deal negotiations.

* Experience in building services deal documentation and support collateral


Desirable Skills:

* You will have an established pre-sales track record

 * You will most likely have an graduate degree (or equivalent) and 10 years of experience in customer centric roles, within delivery, IT, pre-sales

* Requires proven and effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others through conflicting pressures and priorities while resolving complex issues
