What You'll Do

The Client Services Manager (CSM) is a critical role in grow Cisco’s Technical Services (TS) and Advanced Services (AS) business within Singapore addressing Enterprise and Commercial accounts. You will understand (a) the customer IT infrastructure and install base (b) the gaps and challenges in term of customers’ pain points and business needs, and ability to address those challenges and convert into business benefits and outcomes through Cisco’s TS and AS offers.

An essential part of the role is built relationships with a diverse group of external (Customers and Partners) and the ability to listen, collaborate and work with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Virtual Annuity Sales Manager, System Engineers, Product Sales Specialist, Sales Specialist Premium Services, Legal, Finance etc to scope and size Technical Services and Advanced Services requirements using consultative approach

Other responsibilities include:

·       40% of the time is invested in driving Cisco Advanced Services Sales / Business Critical Services, Customer and Partner interactions, articulate business outcome and Cisco Value proposition up to deal structuring. These activities are realized through tight interlocks with the cross-functional team

·       40% of the time spent is invested in driving Cisco Technical Services Sales across New and Renewal as well as Cisco High Value Services, working in collaboration with the Account Manager, Cisco Partner and Cisco Internal cross-functional team, which would be an outcome to directly based on customer interactions, engagements and requirements

·       20% of the time is invested as weekly, monthly and quarterly services forecasting, create and maintain opportunities status in SFDC, create business plan using all relevant data (new product funnel, renewal, upsell) and create account plan for Strategic / Major Accounts


Who You’ll Work With  

·       Enterprise and Commercial Customers as a single point of contact for Cisco Services Sales  

·       Singapore Sales Team: Country Manager, Sales Managers, BDM, Integrated Sales Account Managers (IS AM), Sales Specialist Premium Services (SSPS), Pre-Sales System Engineer (SE), Product Sales Specialist (PSS)

·       The Advanced Services Team: Cisco AS Client Relationship Team (AS CRT), Cisco Global Deliver Center (GDC) and Cisco Delivery Team (AS IDT) are the key business partners in defining and executing on successful customer projects

·       Finance, commercial finance and legal and contractual experts as their prime source fro crafting contracts and commercials meeting the customer’s and complying with Cisco’s approved complex deal guardrails

·       Developing the Pipeline: Applying knowledge of sales trends, market drivers, and key customer issues and opportunities to do strategic account planning; establishing, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring a course of action to accomplish broad territory objectives and sales strategies; using knowledge to identify and cultivate future sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline.

·       You will Build Influential Relationships: Working collaboratively with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives; using appropriate communication methods to influence others and establish relationships.

·       You are Customer Focused: Supporting customers during the sales process; seeking and taking appropriate actions on customer requirements while balancing business needs; resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·       You Have Negotiation Skills: Effectively exploring interests and options to reach outcomes that gain the agreement and acceptance of all parties by using legitimate data, objective criteria to support ones proposal.

·       You will work with CXO Relevancy: Adding value by proactively identifying business opportunities for the customer/partner, conveying a firm understanding of the customer's/partners business and political drivers, displaying executive presence by building rapport and credibility; effectively influencing other people to accept a solution; clearly connecting solutions to business needs.

·       You are a Critical Thinker: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to address sales challenges and new opportunities; taking courses of action based on sound analysis and judgment that appropriately consider customer and partner business capabilities and issues, available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances and probable consequences.

Our minimum requirements are as follows:

·       Candidate needs to be located in Singapore

·       Demonstrated ability to success in a matrix organization managing a number of different internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis

·       Expert verbal and written communication, including executive-level formal and informal presentation skills

·       Creativity and Energy to drive Innovation  

·       3 - 5 years in sales / channel background and track record in MNC companies

·       Knowledge of Cisco Products and Services Portfolio would be highly beneficial

·       Requires an undergraduate degree

·       Ability to have tons of fun while pushing for success
