ADP is hiring a SOC Program Manager. As one of the world's largest outsource service providers for Human Capital Management to external organizations, ADP has a direct impact to its client's financial statements and security/privacy needs.

In this positon, you will be part of ADP's Global SOC Reporting Program Management Office, part of ADP's Corporate Internal Audit Department, which is responsible for governance and oversight of ADP's SOC (Service Organization Controls) efforts, issuing over 80 reports annually. ADP's Global SOC Reporting Program Management Office (PMO) is led by the Director of SOC Reporting, who reports directly into the VP of Global Financial and IT Audit.

During your time in Internal Audit, you will focus on gaining the following critical skills:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist external service provider obtain testing support/documentation and follow up on reported deviations.
  • Review management responses to reported SOC deviations for accuracy and clarity and update the responses, as necessary, to provide consistency across a broad-range of reports.
  • Assist business unit management update risk matrices and provide guidance, as needed.
  • Manage and track the quarterly SOC Bridge Letter approval process, update the quarterly Bridge Letter, and obtain required approval from ADP's Legal Department.
  • Provide information to ADP's clients and/or their auditors.
  • Maintain and update Representation Letter, SOC coordinator and control-owner contact lists.
  • Follow-up, to conclusion, on open SOC deviations to ensure the root causes are satisfactorily remediated.
  • Ensure that SOC-related questions, concerns and issues are addressed and communicated appropriately in a timely manner including: Researching information, ADP policies and/or ADP practices to appropriately respond to complicated client and/or associate SOC-related questions.
  • Assist ADP client service reps or sales associates by responding directly to clients or participating in client calls.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ADP associates on SOC-related regulations including SSAE 18, CSAE 3416 and ISAE 3402, SOC-2 and SOC-3.
  • Serve as project manager on moderate to large SOC-related projects and perform special projects as needed.
  • Performs IT audits, as requested, including scoping the project, executing and closing the audit in compliance with departmental requirements.
  • Develop robust draft audit reports that need minimal revisions.
  • Demonstrate the confidence and ability to discuss issues and findings with business unit and/or IT management and obtain sound management responses.
  • Provide timely follow up on open audit issues.
  • Travel estimated at approximately 25%.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CISA or CIA
  • 5+ years of experience, with 2 years in Big 4 Public or National Accounting firm, or comparable business experience
  • Strong business writing skills

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • CPA
  • Familiarity with relevant frameworks and methodologies related to SOC reporting (SSAE-18, CSAE 3416, ISAE3402, SOC-2, and SOC-3), ICFR, SOX 404, CoBIT, COSO, Hi-Trust, FedRamp, CSF, NIST, IT general controls, application controls, and transaction processing.
  • Experience in a variety of common platforms, such as, Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, AS/400, z/OS, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
