We are a 130-bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency. We are an innovative hospital with caring, dedicated staff, experienced in the delivery of behavioral healthcare. We currently have a PRN position available for a Social Worker (LGSW or LICSW) who will be responsible for performing psychological assessment, creating treatment plans, participating in family and group work. Must be able to demonstrate competency in case management and discharge planning while enabling patients to maximize their resources within the home and community. Actively participates in the delivery of patient care services and functions as a member of the clinical team.
Job Requirements
Candidates selected will be responsible for the following: Completes psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of patient’s arrival on the unit
