We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology and problem solving, ideally with solid academic foundations in engineering disciplines. Day to day that means: 

  • Working as Operations lead, managing incidents, problems, changes.
  • Engaging & collaborating with internal & business teams.
  • Manage virtual resources in partner support companies to optimize service and case resolution.
  • Lead resolution of complex issues, optimize process to avoid incidents and to optimize systems performance
  • Work within a very technically advanced and globally distributed cross-functional / global team.
  • Continuous professional development. Maintaining and expanding your knowledge and skills with current and emerging technologies as they become applicable. 

About you: 

  • recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Computer Science, IT, Math, Physics, Engineering or similar disciplines 
  • Active in-depth knowledge of at least 1 popular object-oriented programming language (Python, C++, Java, Javascript, Go)
  • Theoretical and hands-on experience with operating systems (linux), databases (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed systems (e.g. project work)
  • Proven exposure to datastructures, algorithms and object-oriented software design and architecture (e.g. completed courses)
  • Exposure to machine learning, data mining and its mathematical foundations (e.g. linear algebra) a big plus
  • Open-source or active personal project work a big plus (please include a link in your application)
  • Legally eligible to live and work in Poland (student visa does not apply)
