+ Become a solid contributor on our team, and build, extend and maintain enterprise and cloud deployable services



+ Communicate and interact with technical and non-technical associates and customers



+ Provide input on significant architectural decisions about the next iterations of our Private/Public Cloud services and capabilities



+ Participate in the development, testing and deployment of automation tools and scripts to support business process and decision rules platforms



+ Develop, configure, tune, troubleshoot and document capabilities and services



+ Create, educate and maintain security best practices



+ Provide troubleshooting expertise for software deployed in our Private/Public clouds



+ Solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options including custom developed, open source and vendor products



+ Conduct business and technical impact analysis of proposed applications



+ Understand and leverage Enterprise Integration Patterns and SOA principles



+ Utilize experience designing, testing, deploying and supporting web application containers such as Tomcat, Apache HTTPD and WebSphere Application Server (WAS)



+ Utilize experience with a CI/CD pipeline (example: Maven + Jenkins + Nexus)



+ Utilize knowledge of Design Patterns



+ Support software running on Linux platforms (ex. RHEL, CentOS, etc.)



+ Build software lifecycle automations using scripting languages such as bsh and python



+ Gain and leverage experience with cloud development, design and deployment



+ Travel up to 10% per year to work with associates in other time zone, participate in conferences and engage in training



Minimum Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 6 months experience in information technology or related field within the past 5 years OR 2 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 5 years

Additional Preferred Qualifications:



+ Experience with data technologies such as DB2 and MariaDB



+ Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes



+ Experience with configuration management technologies such as Ansible and Chef
