ISE (Identity Services Engine) is a fast growing product within Cisco's Core software group. ISE is winner of Cisco Pioneer award and have been awarded the best NAC solution by SC magazine for 2015, 2016. Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is an identity-based access control policy platform that enables enterprises to enforce compliance, enhance infrastructure security and streamline their service operations in any environment—wired, wireless or VPN. Its unique architecture allows enterprises to gather real time contextual information from network, users, and devices to make proactive governance decisions by tying identity back into various network elements including access switches, wireless controllers, VPN gateways, and datacenter switches. Cisco ISE is a core component of the Cisco TrustSec solution and Cisco's DNA (Digital Network Architecture).

Some experience working in small, highly technical teams employing Agile/Scrum practices
Ability to deliver results in a short time and enthusiastic to work in fast paced high growth tech companies
Ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together to facilitate, moderate, and influence productive discussions driving towards results
Some experience with or familiar with some aspects of the below technologies
Core Java 8, Spring framework, SpringBoot, Spring Cloud,
Angular JS, React
Cloud Foundry (or equivalent),
MariaDB, EnterpriseDB, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, Elastic search), IMDG
AWS Web Services,
Linux, Unix systems
Drools/Activiti, and a range of open source libraries.
CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, Fortify etc.)..
Knowledge on High Performing and Highly Available Distributed Database Topologies, Database Platform and Storage Technologies, Data Migration, System Management and Monitoring Tools, Cloud Services, Big Data and Datacenter Facilities.
Willing to learn and adapt is key.
Ability to work with highly distributed agile teams, including interaction with
the open source communities.
Continuously drive development efficiencies aligned with the development standards.
Recommend and justify changes to existing products, services and processes.
You’ve probably been coding since you were a kid and/or have always had projects on the side of your main job. Ideally you come from a startup or have experience working with startups. If you have spent time in the corporate world you most likely held a position that involved new technologies, innovation or did something innovative or are really keen on trying something new.
