The Team  

You will be the part of energized, highly talented development team based in Boxborough MA. The team is working on exciting and state-of the art technology in the intersection of video processing, distributed systems and Cloud. The team has excellent track record in innovative products and solutions with a number of patents/patents-filings.


Role & Responsibilities

● Design and develop software that is bringing fundamental transformation of sports, media & entertainment and the Future of Television, and built on cloud and distributed systems.

● Support the worldwide rollout of TV-everywhere solution, streaming and next generation video/media services such as Cloud DVR.

● Develop application with Agile and DevOps methodology

● Participate and work closely with scrum teams at various stages of product development cycle.

● Develop software for next gen video experience with 4K and HEVC technologies


Minimum Qualifications

● BS or MS in Computer Science with CGPA of 3.0 or above

● Excellent programming skills in C or C++, Python or Java

● Excellent problem solving and communication skills

● Exposure to Open Source development and Cloud principles

● Experience in Linux Programming

● Good understanding of IP networking, Multicast , TCP/UDP


Desired Skills

● Demonstrated ability to take a concept from blank-paper to shipping product

● IaaS/SaaS experience, OpenStack is a plus

● Video technologies such as Adaptive Bitrate, IPTV, HEVC

● Experience in Agile Development Methodology and continuous integration

● REST API
