Who You'll Work With
Cisco’s Security Business Group designs, builds, and delivers market leading security products. You’ll be the change management lead for the Security Business Group Solution Success Team. This is a new team that has been formed to define product-specific customer journeys, drive the proper journey and focus on customer success with cross-functional enablement teams, and gather ongoing customer and cross-functional feedback for continuous improvement. The SBG Solution Success Change Lead role will be responsible for addressing how people, within Cisco and beyond, are impacted by the changes brought about by the Solution Success team. Given this is a new team and a new model, beyond the standard change management practices, this role will have a heavy emphasis on sponsorship alignment and socialization, cultural change, and the need to drive change in an agile an ongoing manner. 

You will work closely with the Solution Success Team Program Manager and Team Lead around strategy and alignment. You will also work with the team Enablement Managers and Product Management Success Managers around all change management activities and communication needs. Outside of the Solution Success Team, you will tie in with cross-functional change leads and communication leads to ensure Security Business Group and Customer Success messaging gets shared through the proper outlets.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with program leadership to define stakeholder list and manage engagement and executive communications with sponsors
  • Understand and document impacts to different audiences across Cisco and develop an associated change plan to address the impacts
  • Document strategy and targets for impacted audience adoption 
  • Manage ongoing change management activities to help achieve the goals of the Solution Success Team, in an agile manner
  • Develop and manage execution and tracking of communications, and potentially training 
  • Document the desired journey for the team and impacted audiences; track how impacted audiences are moving along the change curve towards adoption

Who You Are
  • Seasoned change practitioner (at least 10 years’ experience) with excellent communications experience and skills
  • Proven success contributing to a team-oriented and customer-first environment
  • Experience coordinating and managing stakeholders amongst multiple work streams and cross-functional team
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, and at times, ambiguous environment
  • Understanding and applied agile change management methodologies. Finally, you have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of network security industry is preferred but not required
