Demand Xcelerator is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Xcelerator will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

The Space Analytics Analyst will play a critical role in driving the \"application\" agenda for our space transformation solutions. This will be across national and enterprise customers for Frito-Lay, PepsiCo Beverages and Quaker Foods. Key work streams will include collaborating with team to design the data needed, support and perform data analytics, develop the storyline and deliver to the customer team. This role will require you to have the knowledge of or a \"drive to learn\" new statistical tools that will be used in the analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support customized opportunity identification and solution presentation for national and across enterprise customers
    Utilize disparate data and statistical analysis to create and drive recommendations.
  • Collaborate across Category Management and Shopper insights teams to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Drive accelerated growth, market share gain, and elevated partnership by supporting the development of \"store targeting\" opportunities and its application
  • Support development of databases required for furthering the \"store targeting\" and \"perimeter analytics\" agenda




Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience working with the CPG industry and/or Shopper Insights, Consulting, or Category Management
  • High degree of functional proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and data analytics software such as SPSS, SAS, tableau or Spotfire
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Complex problem solver who can define, assess, and solve, and communicate back to leadership in a clear and concise fashion
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure
  • Inherently curious
  • Desire for business impact
  • Integrated thinker with a future and commercial focus
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Experience with IRI/syndicated data, Consumer Panel data as well as Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment
  • Ability to utilize data to create compelling selling stories and solutions that support strategic growth
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
