Our team works with customers to maintaining a positive customer experience. Provide clear and concise communication across multiple teams across Cisco Systems Capital organization to resolve billing disputes. We research and resolved past due issues, perform account reconciliations, including suspense cash, manage account delinquency.

<b>Who You Are</b>
As the successful candidate you must bring analytical skills, have strong communication skills, be computer savvy, and be able to adapt well to a fast pace environment. Initiate collection calls, research and resolved past due issues, perform account reconciliations, including suspense cash, manage account delinquency, coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate customer requests.

Qualifications:
You will have 2-4 years experience in a related field as well as the following:
• Strong customer service and reconciliation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
