This position will report to the Executive Director and will support the C&S Texas Health Plan Complex Care team including additional Executives at the Health Plan.  This position will work out of the Sugar Land office.

 

Positions in this function include more of an executive assistant  roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, project support and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.  This position will be responsible for supporting a large team and will need critical thinking skills as well as strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

-  High School Diploma

-  Highly proficient level of MS Office including, PowerPoint (creating and editing presentation decks), and Excel (creating pivot tables, creating and editing formulas), and Outlook

-  3 +years of providing Executive Assistant support.

 -  Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with senior business leaders within and external to the organization

 -  Ability to meet deadlines with quality work product

-  Previous experience succeeding in an autonomous environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

-  Bachelor’s Degree

 -  Previous experience with SharePoint is preferred.

-  Ability to work well under pressure and adapt easily to change

-  Previous experience with Medicare/Medicaid is strongly preferred.

 

 

 

Soft Skills:

 

-  Ability to pay careful attention to detail.

-  Ability to book travel for numerous people. 

-  Ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to deliver projects on time.

-  Understanding of how to succeed in a matrixed environment.
