North America Beverages offers 11 billion-dollar brands that span carbonated soft drinks, juices and juice drinks, ready-to-drink teas and coffees, sports drinks, and bottled waters. The Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics is an exciting role that works across the PepsiCo portfolio of beverages brands to drive insights and learning. This role will give the qualified candidate the ability to influence and grow organizational knowledge by applying new and existing analytical techniques to marketing and media disciplines. Through working with their manager, peers, and agencies the senior analyst will develop insights that will drive new learning, optimization, and efficiency insights for their marketing partners. This position will act a trusted resource within the marketing department to ensure the usage of the appropriate tools and research methods to gain a competitive advantage in the media space.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage, leverage, and develop custom and syndicated analytical tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues, identify information needs, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Candidate will be required to work efficiently and effectively across multiple disciplines and brands - building on the feedback from manager and cross functional partners.
  • Manage the day to day activities of our media agencies
  • Manage cross portfolio learning plans from various partners including verification, sales and attitudinal research
  • Maintain best practices and benchmarking for media optimization and effectiveness across the portfolio of beverage brands
  • Support brand specific analytic lead creating and implementing media measurement plans
  • Maintain integrity of the Media Data Hub through management of third party data suppliers



Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degrees welcome
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantitative research and/or data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required

Desired characteristics:

  • Agency background a plus
  • Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating data.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment
  • Able to independently manage projects from start to finish with limited guidance of manager
