Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to define and implement Snacks (Doritos, Cheetos, N&S and local brands) strategy ensuring the alignment with Western Europe and driving growth to company by accomplishing AOP targets. Also its purpose is to take the most of all assets available (Doritos communication), ensure NPDs are relevant for Business Units (Doritos NPDs, Bits, N&S Natural Goodness, Matutano Mix and Cheetos Favoritos) , find new consumer opportunities to tackle and bring brand awareness & penetration to maximum.
Accountabilities:
- Define and implement Other snacks Strategy (lead AOP & PSP process): making decision on Doritos, Cheetos, Nuts & Seeds and Local brands
- Partner with Snacks Western Europe to influence on delivering the right AOP & PSP initiatives for South West Europe Region: consult & make decision with Western Europe and execute in Business Unit
- Analyze the evolution of Other snacks brands with a 360 perspective: Market, competition, internal sales results, margin and profit, product range, consumer indicators to identify growth opportunities
- Work together with the digital manager to define Other Snacks digital strategy
- Build communication plan ATL, BTL:making decision & execute
Doritos a full 360 campaign
Cheetos fully based in digital and understand key brand opportunities to communicate to target
- Ensure Business Unit relevance in executional calendar and POS
- Launch relevant NPDs ensuring a good landing and relevance
- Build ad-hoc communication campaign for Bits brand: making decision & execute
Launch new Snacks brand to include mixes proposals (strategy, implementation and communication): making decision & execute
- Ensure accomplish all targets: topline targets, AOP, A&M for all brands and team objectives: decision & execute
- Team management: 3 DRs. Define right projects to develop capabilities, balance of challenge vs responsabilities (ACE conversations, coach, feedback): execute

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of Background experience in Marketing
- Great analytical skills:
Quickly analyzes complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solution
Convert raw data to key insights becoming a project
- Strategical thinking both short and long term
Translate strategies to actionable plans for being executed
Add value into the projects
- Constantly seeking for insightful new opportunities (set a bigger agenda)
- Drive for business results
- Expertise in launching and managing multiple brands, target, needs (Innovation)
- Communication media planning skills
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Leadership skills with team and cross functional (WESA)
- Set up objectives and projects for team while encouraging team to look for new ideas and ways of doing things
- Propose new ideas to drive incremental growth (out of the scope projects)
- People managing skills: coach, feedback and inspire others
- Coordination: able to coordinate multiple teams with different expectations and be able to make them work through a common objective
