Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops knowledge and acts as SME for the IRADS(Oracle) and RADC(SQL Server) Medicare claims databases and associated processes
  • Works with IRADS development and QA teams in:

    • Development of Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for changes to the IRADS systems, associated processes and migration / onboarding of new health plans
    • Development of test cases and performs User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) of IRADS system and upstream system changes and onboarding of new health plans
  • Develops requirement documents, develops SQL coding and maintains both scheduled and ad hoc reporting on the IRADS and RADC databases for internal (UHG) and external clients
  • Development and support of department SOPs and Job Aids. Uses Talend, TOAD, SQL Server Management Tools, SAS and other tools to develop and maintain department reporting requirements
  • Tracks and reports status of projects on a daily / weekly basis
  • Participates in daily and weekly Operations Management (OM) and Development calls involving the IRADS and associated systems
