ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement. This position will be responsible for the implementation and coordinated development of a Diversity and inclusion (D & I) strategy and programs that are aligned with and support the business goals of ADP. This position will be responsible for assessing needs, analyzing and interpreting demographic data and trends and recommending strategies that contribute to the building of a diverse, high-performing organization. This individual will research/benchmark best practices and function as a consultant to Functional and Business Unit leaders and human resource partners regarding D & I. He/she will build relationships across the organization to drive change and commitment to D & I issues and initiatives, including establishing a framework for measuring the impact of the D & I strategy against strategic objectives. The individual will also partner closely with ADP's legal department and associate relations in addressing compliance claims related to Diversity. In addition, this individual will lead a team of Engagement Specialists that connects our D & I programs with ADP's corporate social responsibility pillars -- developing enterprise initiatives that create a more inclusive culture and engaged associates. This individual will also work closely with employment branding and corporate marketing to maximize internal and external visibility of our D & I programs, and align key diversity messages to complement the overarching ADP HCM Strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Analyze organizational metrics to highlight opportunities for strengthening D&I across the enterprise. Develop strategies and programs that address areas of opportunity and supports ADP's business objectives. This individual acts as a liaison to senior management and implements specific diversity programs and initiatives that address these opportunities in partnership with talent acquisition, talent management and learning, the HR leadership team, and supplier diversity.
* Design and implement metrics, monitoring and reporting systems to effectively benchmark organizational progress in diversity management. Establish framework for measuring impact of D & I strategy, including BRGs and other strategic initiatives. Partner with HR Analytics team to develop and deliver meaningful diversity metrics to drive business leaders' accountability.
* Assist in developing the company's diversity strategy and associated action planning, ensuring a compelling business case for diversity is a key business driver. Partners with senior HR Business Partners in the execution of plans to meet key diversity goals
* Partner with Senior HR Business leaders to ensure HR practices and processes support the achievement of workforce diversity and compliance with ADP's diversity philosophy and principles.
* Work closely with HR Business Partners to assist business units in developing, and implementing Diversity Action/Project plans to meet units' business objectives. Develop and deliver diversity awareness and educational programs in support of action plans.
* Lead a team of engagement specialists that will execute on Inclusion and Engagement initiatives that support an open, inclusive and engaged culture. Oversee the HR Programs budget and establish key success metrics for team members that align to ADP's service alignment strategy.
* Guide and provide subject-matter expertise to LEAD Committees and BRGs comprised of business leaders and associates to lead, advocate for, and monitor the Diversity management objectives.
* Provide and present executive-level diversity strategy presentations to ensure corporate-wide implementation.
* Develop and maintain primary relationships with external diversity consultants, facilitators, and vendors while monitoring performance against assigned projects.
* Provide consultation and partners with HR and Staffing teams on recruitment and retention issues including the development of external professional networks and associations that will position ADP as an employer of choice.
* Partners and consults with internal Associate Relations and Legal teams on diversity-related issues.
* Provide thought leadership in the D & I and talent arena. Represent ADP at conferences and client meetings, educating the marketplace on effective strategies that drive diversity and inclusion.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Bachelor's degree with concentration in economics, business or human sciences required, however an advanced degree in business, finance or analytics is preferred.
* A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, at least 5 years leading organizational change and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives, with demonstrated abilities to develop and implement business strategies in a large organization is required.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. A "change agent".
* Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and leverage relationships.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to make the "business case" for D&I, including the business case for incremental investments.
* Excellent interpersonal, communicative and organizational skills are required.
* Strong leader with a strong track record of demonstrated good judgment and creativity. Excellent writer, project leader, and strong presentation skills are required.
* Experience in leading Change Management practices. Expert-level knowledge of the development, execution, and management of new programs, and ADP organizational savvy. Strong business grounding with an understanding of linking business strategy with the corporate diversity vision.
* Must have experience in which the following skills were demonstrated at a highly proficient level: data analysis, project management, interpersonal communication, consulting, influencing and people leadership. LIEXEC
