Job Description ADP is searching for a Program Manager to lead a high profile ADP Marketplace initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for program execution and delivery. The candidate must have prior experience as a program manager within highly technical environment with deep expertise in Lean-Agile methodology. Responsibilities 1. Understand business vision, goals and objectives 2. Plan, design and execute program and proactive monitor and mitigate risks 3. Define team structure, processes, procedures and controls for an effective program execution 4. Collaborate with stake holders, subject matter experts and senior leaders to define program scope and priorities 5. Disperse knowledge and priorities down to project teams to ensure awareness of the program objectives 6. Coach teams and individuals within the framework of agile methodology, scrum, lean and kanban 7. Help project teams and individuals set realistic and achievable goals 8. Work toward commitment and alignment from all program participants 9. Manage program budgets and monitor expenditures and costs 10. Track and report overall program status and manage program communications Key Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; MBA preferred 2. 15+ years of experience in software development 3. 10+ years of experience as a program/project manager in a highly technical environment 4. Expert knowledge of program and project management principles and best practices 5. Expert knowledge of Lean-Agile methodology, SDLC processes and deliverables 6. Expert hands-on knowledge of Agile Central (Rally) 7. Experience coaching and training within the agile framework (portfolio, program and team) 8. Outstanding oral and written communication, and strong presentation skills 9. Working knowledge of current and emerging web technologies 10. Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, CSP, and PMI-ACP Generic Skills 1. Leadership: not only at the management level, but at the individual level -- having the confidence and resilience to take risks -- be self empowered 2. Communication: understand and express ideas/solutions in a comprehensive and practical format -- knowledge sharing 3. User Focus: an absolute focus on the user (internal or external) experience -- every aspect of a solution should be productized for ease of use 4. Improvisation: the ability to think across disciplines and existing boundaries (technologies/business/geographies) - lateral thinking 5. Collaboration: teamwork with a positive approach to ambiguity 6. Research: an inclination to continuous research inside and outside the current focus fields 7. Influence by example: scientific proof of an idea (success or failure) as the presentation tool -- represent an idea in order to promote it 8. Technical Knowledge: broad and deep technical knowledge with a strong focus on data/objects and API/contracts 9.
